Caravelle ~ June 05

Initially just one front leg presented: not a promising start as both need to come out at the same time, followed by the head.

It is likely that Caravelle would have brought the leg back in and tried again but as I was present (and unlike in wildlife films) I lent a helping hand and gently pushed it back in!

 

As this photo shows  my effort was rewarded by a successful follow up with both legs

The nose then begins to appear..
 well positioned for smooth progress...

watched by a bemused Treacle who has just given birth herself!
